Staff hours: 62 hours over 7 days
The service is guided by a joint agreement between Aftercare and the NSW Departments of Health and Housing. The service accommodates 13 people in five houses. Each person has an individual service plan to assist him or her in achieving goals of their choice. The local Area Health Service provides case management. Encouragement is given for people to participate in a day program or some form of rehabilitation three days or more per week.
